Looks like a great design in and of itself. . .I'd have to see where it places the turbo to sign off on it as best manifold ever, but that's really a subjective thing for the most part anyway. It looks terrific, the wastegate should be able to provide more than adequate boost control being located at the collection point, near the turbine housing entrance like that.

Nicely done, please follow up with installed photos.

Cosmetically it looks more production ready than your older one. The runners also look more even. Why did you fab this one? You didn't appear to be having problems with the older one. Did I miss something?

Yes it'all same lenght 23.00"
Why i fab new one: because i change turbo size and relocate for more clearance for 4.00" downpipe. I will post pic with turbo in car.

That seems like a pretty long runner length. . .did you decide on that before you started the build, or is it a result of building for fitment? If the former, to any degree, if you wouldn't mind sharing your reasoning on building that length, I'd be interested to hear it.

Thanks.

It's a result of my requierement: first, i don't want tight radius at the housing exit,
no tight turn radius, equal lenght, turbo position and little for look Ha ha ha.
Yes i made in mild steel.
