the 3 rotor conversion cost a lot. Basically the whole front chassis has to be moded. The 3 rotor cosmo engines run about 4g but to do the whole conversion right it'll run you close to 30g!!

Better off getting an FC shell and doing it in there. Soooo much more room. Besides, the potential of the 13B is rarely ever fully tapped. It is capable of so much if everything is done right. But that's just my .02 Laterz.

If we were to do the the conversion it would probably cost around $30k. That's for a full conversion with only the neccesary components and modifications. We've been considering doing one of these in the near future anyway. Got a couple of ppl interested and know where I can get a couple of motors. Can't wait!! It'll be a lot of fun.

Price range affected by a few things...
- if you do the work or pay a shop to do it
- if you put on many performance parts or keep the engine pretty stock
- if the parts you buy are used and shop around for them or all new from a company

Here are some numbers though that give a pretty accurate range for a 20B in FD install which isn't heavily modified.

Do it yourself: $15-$25
Pay someone: $30-$40

Call Todd @ Fast Import Cars. He has done a couple for a very reasonable price. I'm about 6 months away from having him do one for me.
