Carpet is ready to go in. Im not going to get too crazy with the looks of the panel so some leftover empty can silver paint did the trick.

Update:
Finished the car 100%. Have put about 10 miles on it. Drives great lots of power and man does that turbo spool fast.
I decided to put a magnaflow 4" in and outlet muffler on the car and used my hks catback. Its sounds so low. Perfect in every way. I have yet to do any tuning other than checking timing.
The car made it to 1320 and rotors magazine so far which makes it so worth all the hard work and effort. A little recognition w made it all worth the while.

Congrats! Glad to see #756 had such a great outcome. Not bad for a pre-letter series engine.

Excellent build thread. Just read through all 10 pages at once. I'm pretty decided on selling my 1000+WHP Z06 and starting another FD project. I think I enjoy the build more than the drive as I get older. Very excellent attention to detail, I hope I can be as focused as you have been over the years, that's impressive.
