wow! what a difference!

just replaced my tranny and diff fluid with redline...man...i don't know what my mechanic put in there before but WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

the shifter is smoother and easier...i totally feel it...

i did this to see if my noise would go away from the rear end...which it didn't, so it may just be the bearings ...don't regret doing it though...the car is smoother with the new tranny fluid in there.

How much fluid did you use? I've been thinking of switching to redline for both the tranny and diff also. Can you post how much of each fluid you used?

You'll need 2 quarts of RedLine MT-90 for the tranny and 2 quarts of RedLine 75w90 for the diff. Oh and bizzaro.... I had the same experience when I switched my tranny fluid to RedLine, shifting has been muuuuch smoother ever since.

Where you order it from? I've been trying to find a place that has it but isn't too expensive.

I bought my locally but I think you can order it from www.jegs.com or www.summitracing.com

and you are correct about the price, the stuff ain't cheap BUT look at it this way, unless your car is a race car, it'll probably last the lifetime of the car.

Yup, that redline stuff sure makes a big difference. Even at $8 a quart it's a good deal: should last a long time.
