WOOPS! I broke it!
so i'm pulling out the vacuum lines that connect the OMP valves to a black 4 to 1 black plastic cylinder and in doing so the vacuum line slips and I break 2 of the 4 plastic nipples coming off the plastic cylinder type thing (purge valve?).
does anyone know the exact name of it so i can call mazda?

I looked up the part number off an electronic version of the parts microfiche. The part number should be:
N304-14-617A
You could have the dealership verify this number. It is under the oil pump & filter section in the microfiche (page 1 - F5). Also, mazdatrix has one with the vacuum lines connected and it is $41.61. It says it is for 86-88, but it will probably still work.

The cheapest route would probably to get one used from a wrecking yard if you could find one. Hope this helps.

I agree w/ rotary13b1. I'd just get a tee.

Some kinds of plastic have an almost greasy feel to them and epoxy doesn't stick well to that kind of plastic.
For that kind of plastic I've had good results using "Black Max" which is a black toughened cyanoacrylate made by Loctite. Also, it helps if you clean the parts with alcohol prior to gluing them.
Personally, I'd just take a piece of brass tubing, heat up the end and melt it into the plastic, then fillet the hell out of it with either Black max, JB weld, or my secret weapon baking soda and super glue.
