Wiring questions.... with pictures.

So, i got this car as is. Now i have just these last wires to connect before attempting to start it. I do not know with 100% certainty where they go. It's been a while since I have messed with a stock 1st gen.

First pic is the red wire off this fuse block. Or is it a bus bar? Anyways.... i assume the Red wire goes to the Positive terminal on the battery? Side question, how would i "delete" or remove and reroute my wires without it for a cleaner look?

Second picture looks like it belongs on the threaded post on the back side of the alternator. Is This correct?

Third picture is on the driveres side headlight area. No clue as to where these go?

The fourth picture shows 2 wires that just lead into each other coming from the engine harness. Am i able to cut these out and discard them?

My guess would be battery.

YES

I'd have to refer to the Factory Wiring Diagram

That wiring is not factory. Can't say if it should be removed or not. Need to trace it out and see what is/was using it.

The brown wire goes to the low coolant sensor, in the top of the radiator. the two blue wires attach to a coolant temperature sender that integrates into the cars emission control computer.

Swap in a fuse block from a 2nd Gen, much cleaner look and fuses are available at parts stores everywhere.

If you go the with second gen fuse block, an easy way to get to the old wires is to just use a hammer and smash the brown fusible link block. If I'm not mistaken, once smashed you'll see that it has the exact connector you need already on the wire.
