What's this foamy crap forming in the to of my oil fill tube?

What's this foamy crap forming in the to of my oil fill tube?

The guy i just bought the car from said he used somethin called sea foam in the car could that be what this is from? is this a bad thing?

woo hoo! it finally worked. also could i just cap this thing back here or should i put i breather filter on like he did the one above it?

Your crankcase vent system is not working. Judging from the pictures, most of it is probably missing.

Either that, or your car has a serious yeast infection...
