what the hell?

I drained my radiator and put in mostly water some water wetter and some ant-freeze. The car was running hot but not overheating . NOW the thing runs way better more power and my low rpm stumble has become much less sevear, just from flushing the rad. Anyone ever have such an experience?

doubtful - a common feeling when one works on a car is that it runs better
even though it doesnt - although maybe u can work some cool magic unlike
the rest of us HaHa

I heard that replacing the air in your tires can also increase horsepower...I'm going to do that as soon as I get home!

Seriously though, maybe you bumped a loose connection or something while you were under the hood. Did you replace the thermostat when you did this? Maybe it was a failure to warm up issue that has now been fixed?

Take it easy man, we're just having a very small bit of fun with you and there were also serious responses included.

If you have absolutely no sense of humor, you should post a disclaimer in your signature or something to give us some warning.

Your post did not exactly mention that the car is running cooler now, but I guess it was sort of implied. That could be the reason for an increase right there.

Tone down the defensive attitude and stick around man. We're really not a bad bunch of guys, but we do like to joke around a little. Hang out and get to know us before passing such a harsh judgement (please). And if I offended you, then I sincerely apologize. It was all meant in good fun.

Easy there "killer". You might get a bad rap around here with statements like that. No seriously, we all have had some better running days than others. Sometimes the air is a little more dense than other times. Give us a break, and get to know some of us before going to the deep end.
