Weber 45DCOE questions....NOT jetting related!

Ok so I just got my first weber, a 45 DCOE (152 if it matters).
Anyways, earlier in its lifetime it was boost prepped which included removing the pump jet rod and the fast idle/mixture enhancer (whatever its called).

Problem is that I want to make the carb as streetable/friendly as possible in non turbo form, however possibly dive into turbo later on.

Now as for this pump jet and mixture enhancer what is it gonna take to get it back on track. I pulled the cover plates, the mixture enhancer is gone completely, while the pump jet still retains everything in the bottom end, I assume the rod has been taken out.

Can I get these parts still, or am I destined to have a touchy weber?
Does anyone know any good weber sidedraft resources, Ive searched here with not much info other than jetting.
Help!!!!!!!!

Found a nice diagram at webercarbsdirect.com, thanks alex_rock!

http://www.webercarbsdirect.com/Webe.../45DCOE152.pdf

But, when I took the top end off the carb tonight, what seemed to be the whole accelerator pump setup was still there. It doesnt look like anything with the pump rod has been removed, is there any way I can check to see if it still works?

Looks to me like all thats missing is the fast idle/choke/mixture enhance/whatever thingy that would have gone where the black plate is in picture #2.

Any suggestions? I believe all I may need is the choke-like thingy and some new jets????

Put some gas in the float bowl and see if the accelerator pump squirts fuel into the throats.

Makes sense.... I just wasnt sure if the little hole in the float bowl was what fed the AP, and if it needed to see pressurized fuel or a combination of things.

It seems he didnt remove anything but the plate in between the throttle plates with the hole in it. It was replaced with a blockoff plate with no hole so the boost didnt leak.
Now this brings up my next question....

What in the world was the plate with the hole in it for?

I pulled off the home-made plate, but I must be missing something..... Is there anything to adjust at the bottom end of the pump rod that would require a plate with a hole in it????????
Whats adjustable down there???????

From: here, where ever that is.
That plate with the hole in it? its just a cover over the spring and the butterfly return deal. it gets sealed up when you put the carb on the manifold, so I cant imagine that theres anything to adjusts, deffinitly didnt notice anything when I tore mine down for a cleaning and rebuild
