What block are you running? If it is a turbo motor it should have come with a feed line on the drivers side front iron. If not, I have heard of people taping into the oil system by the oil filter. I run a 4AN line to feed the turbo. If you are running a stock turbo match the feed line size to the stock feed line. If it is aftermarket refer to the manufacturer for suggested size.
The drain line is a little more complex. You will need to:
1. Remove the radiator
2. Pull off the water pump/alt
3. Remove the front pulley assembly
4. Remove the front cover bolt
5. Remove the front cover (remember to hold the clutch in while you are doing this)
6. Drill and tap the front cover for the return line (size may vary depending on turbo size)
7. Put the car back together.
There are other ways but this is the way they came from the factory. Do it right, do it once. Oil pan is a second option.
I hope that when you had the end play adjusted you wrote down the value. That will be essential when you put the motor back together. If you did not I would try and use a torque wrench first and find what that value is.
Hope this helps,
Z

Yeah I know you still have to remove the front cover, I'd just prefer not to drill and tap into it if I don't have to. I hear you on it being too high though, I'll probably just end up going in the pan despite the frothy oil issue.

I'm trying to buy one right now but am waiting to hear back from him.

I could add an oil filter before the turbo. I have a spare empi oil filter pedestal with fittings just waiting for a project. It would take the unfiltered oil from the ReSpeed or RB temp and presure block (type 1) and send it through a large filter before the turbo. I must do this because the front plate does not have a threaded fitting like the S4 and S5 front plates, and the engine is together so I'm not going to take it apart just to attempt to cut some threads.

There is another option. I tig welded some aluminium tube onto the front cover and whipped up a brass hose tail fitting for the turbo. All I needed then was a length of hose and some clamps.

That pic looks like it's tapped in the front iron, not the front cover. In the linked thread is a pic of where I tapped my front cover for a future oil return, It still has the brass plug in it, lol.
