That kit is on of the old Ray-Jay Turbo kits.
They don't come with an IC, so you have to fab it.

Also, where's the carb?

Otherwise, not too bad.

Intercooler... it cools down the compressed air coming into your engine... And I thought you couldn't use an IC with a RayJay kit because it was suck through? Couldn't the fuel/air mixture blow up at the IC?

I think that is the best way to have a turbo carb with the plate between carb and manifold.

Damn....bolt on, too. I wish I had 650 to spend.

Does anybody know if the flange on the output side of the exhaust turbine bolts right up to the stock exhaust, or is the unit longer than the stock manifold?

No, the output of the turbo is in a different location, is a different pipe diameter, and has a different flange than the stock exhaust. As stated in the ebay ad:
"You will have to fabricate the down pipe and exhaust"

The stock exhaust really is too small a diameter for a turbo anyway.
