Turbo Exhaust gaskets expensive WHY?

Why are turbo exhaust gaskets so expensive? 65 bucks for a little slice of metal with a bend rolled into it?!? Is it just me or is this a little ridiculous? Or is there some kind of special reason these gaskets are that expensive like they are made out of
SUPER UNIMAGINABLY STRONG METAL.

I mean I'm spending almost as much on manifold->turbo then turbo->exhaust gaskets as I did on gaskets for the entire engine.

And I've only looked on Mazdatrix and Ebay thus far, so if there is another avenue please tell me.

I believe the non turbo gaskets can be used but the turbo ones are indeed fancy - its s/s skin over a, im guessing, fiber core and the way its creased together at the edges does look kinda expensive to do.
I used a genuine turbo gasket on mine just to avoid blowing out a cheap one considering how involved it is to get at on a turbo rhd fb.
Also they can be reused.
But id be interested to hear others opinions and options on this.

I believe the one for my FD was almost double that!!! Yes super expensive, without any real good reason, other than they can charge and get that. The quality is nice though.

High heat and higher pressures require better gaskets. Its that simple. Look how much the good
exhaust gaskets cost for the header and RB SP setup. Its no different. Stop whining
