Yeah you can have a turbo on a 1st gen.

I'm going to assume your talking about a 1st gen with a 12a.

First off there are 12a turbo's in japan (there were also electric fuel injected). You can either get one imported, or mod a few parts and make a blow through or a suck/draw through turbo carb setup.

You can do a search in the 1st gen section for some ideas or just go to the archive section and there will be some write ups there.

All your answers are here.
These apply to all First Gens, not just GSL-SE's

I just went to the rotaryshack.com shop this weekend and Robert has some nice cars! Excelent stuff if you don't wanna do the work your self. I'd talk with him see what he can do. He also has some parts and stuff, nice cars too.

But if your gonna be a do it yourselfer, like all of us other crazies... good luck. Man I think we need a section just for 12a turbo discussion. That would be nifty

Hitokiri, please review other threads in this forum by using the search feature.

There are a ton of threads about turbocharging a 12A or 13B in this forum.

BTW welcome to the forum and I hope you'll find all of us here to be helpful and supportive
