Trouble finding problem, anyone one with the same set-up?
Wow, lotsa juice flowing there. Wonder how much that thing weighs, must run the 1/4 in about 30 seconds lol. I would have to kick my own *** if I ever thought of doing that conversion, would take 90% of the things I love away.
I bet it's not outrageously over stock weight.
Those batteries look tiny, 30-40ah range i'm guessing. Maybe they are much taller than they look? If so i've never seen any like that.
How many are there?
I'm assumings it's a 36v or 48v system?
What kinda range/speed?
We have considered making a electric kharman ghia.
we have 2 electric cars from the 70's, but they are basically golf carts.
It is a shame to use a nice 79, when they're are plenty of honda's that need/deserve to be butchered.
At least they did what appears to be a quality job.

Looking at your setup I beleive the problem is you've used a uni-directional flux capacitor in a bi-directional flux capacitor setup. You'll never get it up to 88mph that way. Time for another run to the parts store...

Look up the electric drag racing association (or something like that) on google. That 7 is actually fast! Instant torque and acceleration all the way. I caught a tv show showing electric vehicles drag racing and that was one of them or at least it looks like the one on there
