Trans Wiring Question

I'm working on my manual swap and ran into some questions the search button could not help me with. I basically need to know what all the connections are for on the harness.

Firewall connectors?

I know one of those is for the starter, and the two bullets are for the reverse sensor, but what are those other two clips for on the far right?

Oil Pan?

What years for the harness and the 7?

SgtFox has a lot of the FSM and wiring diagrams on his site that would help you a lot.

On the 1980, manual trans had connections for the 4th gear and top (5th) gear detect switches; they are part of the emissions controls.

Alright so I think I figured it out that those two flat connectors on the end are for the Neutral Switch. However I don't believe the transmission I got has the switch on it. This basically just mean I dont need to push in the clutch to start it correct? I should have no problems if it is not hooked up?
