Tires? Lanvigator?

Bizarre name, I know. Anybody know anything about them? I'm looking for the stock 185/70/R13 tires - having lost one to a nail yesterday. Called my friend at the tire store and all he can get is "Lanvigator" tires. Never heard of them - neither had he. Any thoughts?

thanks!

Internet search shows Lanvigator is a tire company. They are made in China so take that for what it's worth. I have no personal experience with the brand. 13" rubber is getting hard to come by though.

Yeah theres some selection in the stock size of 185/70R13 and usually S rated or lower.

Try to find the 205/60R13 in a summer or performance tire and theres nada really except for
race rubber.

Primwell makes a 185/70/13... Not too terrible of a tire; as chinki tires go. Firestone stocks them.

Firestone = Wilderness XT. Beware.

I like the Kumho's, the last set I bought were great for the daily drive, tread lasts forever:

I think if you check with folks like Coker tire, and others who sell "classic tires" you can still get Vredesteins in a street 205/60 size for about $180 a piece….

Stu thats true but for that kind of dough and no RWL, I would just go for the RDOT
