you guys realize that by having a 'zero pressure' cap the fluid will boil at a much lower temperature and not cool the engine worth ****? There's a reason the cooling system is pressurized.

yes, under normal temps it will be fine, but if it does happen to get hot, the fuild will boil sooner and loose its effectiveness for cooling thus damaging your motor sooner.

Maybe you should familiarize yourself with the water wetters and Evans Coolant.

The boiling point of coolant under zero pressure is higher than the self-destruct temperature of the engine.

With a properly operating thermostat and water pump, there should be sufficient pressure in the engine block to prevent localized boiling.
