Sa22c with s4 na running 3 core radiator dual e-fans 170° thermostat clean fresh coolant will run warm when getting on it..... Normal driving generally stays cool unless in heavy traffic the temp will go up with the fans running any suggestions?

 

So my understanding is this; in standing traffic it gets warm but when its moving its fine. I would suspect the fans either aren't pulling enough CFMs or they are not ducted properly to the radiator to force the air to come through the radiator. Pictures of the setup and a better description of what cool and warm mean would help us help you.
