one question though, doesnt it look as if the turbo will hit the frame? maybe when dumping the clutch? solid motor mounts?

I think that might be more of an optical illusion.....(the angle the pic was taken may make it seem like it will hit)

The turbo is a few inches frome the frame. Look on the back of the motor, there is a home made torque brace. If you look real close, on the driver side motor mount there is a chain holding the motor down. You can only see a very small part of the chain. The chain goes over the motor mount to the cross member. I also welded the trans mount to the trans mount cross menber.

btw I bet you could just run your car with the turbo and nothing else, jet propulsion
