Strange power loss...

Well, while making my 4th run at an autox last weekend, something happended on my 80 that I have not been able to identify yet. When pulling under load, my car is down severely on power, almost bogging out. My first though was fuel delivery. Checked the pump for operation (holley blue). Replaced the fuel filter (though I was able to blow through it with little resistance). Adjusted the pressure regulator (holley blue). Checked the inlet screens on both carbs, and checked the float level on both carbs. Everything seems to be okay on that side. Next checked the spark. Have been running DLIDFIS for awhile. Checked all three coils. Replaced plugs and wires. Checked cap & rotor (about 1000 miles on that). Adjusted the timing. Found nothing wrong there. I am at a loss. I tried several different timing setups, replaced the regulator with straight line to make sure that it wasn't malfunctioning, and resynced the carbs.

I am running the RE Dual Weber 36DCD setup and have the full RB Exhaust. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't have much hair left to pull out...

dual leading ignitor direct fire ignition system

do a search for it in this forum and you will understand. Oil injection system is intact and seems to be functioning as it should. It has a great idle, so I don't know if a compression loss fits the bill, but I may be in denial. I don't have a guage to check it, so that will have to come later, I guess.

Motor only has 73,000 miles on it. I will pray that compression is not the problem...

God help me, I hope not.

That would appear to be correct, unless I am missing something. I have no clue what though.

a lot. Like driving a grain truck instead of a sporty car. Like making you want to cry cause you can't figure it out and your baby is in pain bad.

Most noticeable everywhere above 3000 rpms...

Brakes sticking may be a possibility I had not considered, but I don't think they would cause these symptoms. ebrake appears to be functioning as normal.

clutch slipping?
No.

flooding out?
Maybe, but I tried different levels with the regulator including 1 to 2 psi with no difference between any of the settings...

but it is showing good volume under the hood with the lines off. I dunno. I obviously should be asleep, but I can't cause I am having to give up a race today since I can't figure it out.

It could be a blocked jet or something like that. Maybe try stripping the carbs down and cleaning everything.
