clutch went out damit

hey hows it goin? ive notice a problem with my freakin clutch in my car for the past week. when i get in the car i start it up and it starts fine and everything but i have to pump the clutch a bunch of times to get it to work.. today it finally took a ****.. me and my buddy bled the lines and there was a **** load of air bubbles commin out as we were bleeding it we almost went through the whole master cylinder thingy that holds the oil and it still freaking stays on the ground when u push it down..pluns that thing that u put the oil in for the clutch fluid seems to be loose not tight like the brack fluid tank. i dono if anyone has had this happen b4 but i would like some info if ya can!

sounds like the clutch slave.... that thing on the tranny......

when it sticks its the hydralics... meaning master cylinder or slave cylinder.....

but I vote replace the slave for 20 bux......... if that dont work, then its the master cylinder.....

peace

Nah it's just 2 bolts holding it to the tranny. Follow the line from the master cyl to the slave to find it. Remove it, get a new one, slap it back on there and bleed the system. I did it in less than a half hour.

Yeah, my slave is leaking...need to replace it. I think i'll just replace the master and slave.

I've never did bleed a system before, is it pretty easy?
