Storage Bins

When you talk about rust in these what are you talking about? Is it the spot for the jack, or the dip behind the drivers seat?

Near where my power wire is running. Pull out the storage bin and you will see it.

Yeah, well I mean where the heck is the storage bin at..... the glove box? the arm rest storage thingy? the place where the car jack is? the part behind the seats? I have _no_ clue..

for what it's worth, cars before '81 didn't have storage bins, just a sheetmetal cover and a ton of wasted space
