Some more turbo pix for yah

got the battery in and got the electrical system up and running again, everything went great with only a .011 amp draw at lock.

Heres the Optima redtop, I havent made a hold down for it but I was able to some 4 guage jumper cables instead of buying new cable, worked out for the best.

here is my main ground from which I will run grounds to the tranny, engine, shock tower ect.

Got the intercooler tubes cut and painted, set up the whole thing for about $30 for the rubber connectors which I was able to get at my local True-Value (damn lifesavers for this project, they have a huge selection of metric bolts)

Nice... Very nice, infact. In the third picture, it looks like one of your intercooler hoses is going into the alternator. Heh. What size turbo is that?

Do you mind if I ask how about how much you have spent so far on your project? Heh. I know some guys are sensitive on the subject. Haha.

Any pics of the whole car?

Not shy about the nitrous, either, eh? Or is it exclusively to feed a seconds set of injectors? I know Russell makes Tees, so why NOS?

I would think that most guys might be afraid that their wives might be able to see the actual cost of the thing that manages to consume more of there time than them.

Wife get madder than hell at me if I spend most of the day playing with the car. I got one of those 500 watt lights to work on it at night a couple time a week. Now just waiting for parts again

Is that an aftermarket FC radiator? How hard was that to mount?

The third picture you should throw some heat shrink on that ground so it doesn't corrode internally, we sell that also

You need a wife like mine. Gets mad and keeps saying "Are we going to work on the car or not"

cost of total project, including the car and the original exhaust and fuel mods, totals about $12,000 and I probaly have about 300+ hours of labor. (keep in mind, I spent almost 3 months of a MN winter sitting in a empty engine bay scraping off old rustproofing)

the fan is just a "summit" brand fan, 16 in I beleive, and the radiator is a Chevy style 19x22 cheepo brand.

the turbo is a T04b off ebay, 1.15 Ptrim divided, and .60 something compressor, but its getting swapped for a 60-1 soon.

I do NOT have a nitrous system, it is just a NOS brand y block, because it was the cheapest/cleanest lookign piece I could find.

and I should have it fired up soon, Just waiting for UPS to deliver my Injectors and map sensor.

didnt feel like making a new post for these two things so ill just add it to this one.

got the main guage cluster finished and in place.

everything works fine, but the lights are a bit dim. I will have to rewire them as the stock guage wiring is too small.

I think it looks damn good.

I also got the throttle cable working. I fabed up a custom throttle arm and bracket that lets me use the stock cable, it is backwards vs the normal TII.

Replace the Bulbs with Ultra-Bright L.E.D's., with no "Color Condom" on them.

I used these, with great success over the regular bulbs.

Those gauges look sweet in there! I figure the 2 blue bulbs for turn signals, the green for high beams or shift light?

Thanks for the link Directfreak! those bulbs are just what I needed
