i did a the compression test and it was very loud and nothing sounded bad.

i will tomarrow or i will try anf get my friend to come down with a tester but i know my motor is good and i dont need a rebuild.

Your dad was spraying fuel right into the primaries on the carb. 2 spray bottles, one on either side isn't going to help. lol. The other side of the carb has the secondaries that won't even open unless the car is under load.

And you're car sound like a weak single cylinder thumper. Good luck getting it running right.
