Is this a new problem or has it been running ruff since you got it....could be as simple as a tank of bad gas, let us know...

no it started about to tanks ago, it started the day before i came home from the holidays, i hopeing its bad gas, buti on my second tank and still doing it, i checked all my vacum lines today, i soaped them and i did not see any leeks,

guess i check my pluggs tomorrow, i guess the only other thing might be a bad coil, guess i check those too

there is a vaccue line that runs from the back of the carb to a tube protruding out from the rear of the intake manifold. if it is broken, cracked, or disconnected, you will have a poor idle. it is called the anti-afterburn valve hose. check that. it is kinda twisty.

Sounds like it could be bad spark to me. Leading spark to be exact. I lost my leading ignitor once it ran awful under 3k RPM's. Test this by pulling the wire off the leading coil. If it runs the same then it's probably the ignitor. Good luck!

well it ended up being the air pump, i took it off, and it still ran bad, so i ran a hose from the hookup on the air cleaner, to the port just above the manifold, runs good now, but as soon as i put the hoes on and cranked her up, i now have no instaments, and i getting exhust over head, and battery is not charging, i think that is casue the gauge is not working,

it 26 out side, and i am goign to go figure out what the hell my problem is

anyone has herd of this problem please help, i really like havein a tack and al lother gauges,
