Well, from what I've read, hes a good guy. Robert is his name, and hes the owner of rotaryshack. Its basically a one man operation from my understanding. The only reason I wouldn't do business with him is bacause he takes forever to get things done. He's a very busy guy I guess. I've heard of people waiting 6 months or more for parts from him, but when they do get the parts, they are normally excellent quality. But like I said, this is just what I've read. i don't have any personal experience with the guy with the exception of an e-mail I sent over a year ago and never got a reply.

Being in Canada, you need to support your rotary guru's up there....the cost to get stuff to you would kill any cost advantage of waiting on poor Robert...

I ordered some items from Robert a couple weeks ago came very fast (express shipping) the items arrived in 1 weeks time which is great considering I also live in Canada. My only complaint is I would have expected more from a rebuild kit (weber 45), but I guess this is my fault for not looking further into it.

I have read a great deal about him and other rotory shops on here I have heard only good things about his work. But as the rest have stated he is a bit on the slow side, mostly due to the fact that hes for the most part a one man operation. If your not in a hurry and want good work go for it.
