Where are the picture of your test mule... or at least an FB that has it installed?

And will my SR20DET bolt up to this crossmember?

I'm joking...

We can make it work how much of the stock engine mounting and crossmember did you modify?

All the engine mounting is 100% new and handled by the crossmember with associated brackets.

Thanks guys. Soon you will be able to start from a shell and build your car out of the ReSpeed catalog

Very nice Billy! Looks like we can use other oil pans now. I know what my winter project should be now.

Very exciting stuff. It'll be awhile, but I am looking forward to bolting it up.

What are the main advantages and effects of the rod ends aposed to the factory tie rod ends?

Thanks

I guess my plan to use a s4 manual rack and converting to front steer just got moved up. I like the Flaming River racks alot! I hate loaning money to family and then find stuff like this......grrr.

I never even thought of that!

This simplifies the drop-in of 2nd gen engines because it takes that step away.

Hey Billy, any chance of making a set of 2nd-Gen engine side mounts as an optional add-on to this kit?

Can you imagine having a kit that allows a drop-in of a TII engine without having to mess with the front cover or oil pan at all? And RPM Performance here in Canada has adapters that allow you to change "stock" 2nd Gen mount points into Cosmo -RE engine mount points for imported -RE 13b's.

C'mon Billy, say it's possible! It'd be awesome to have the choice between engines without the extra complications.

Jon

Don't underestimate Billy's testing ... he didn't make us wait this long for nothing ...

I'm also +1 on loaning out money for familly, I just loaned my dad 2000$ to buy his 03 civic without taking out a loan and paying interest. Took it out of my paint budget.

Hey Billy - This looks great! I tried to view the other images of the stage 2 system and it took me to some images posted in the forums, but wouldn't let me view them. So I registered for the forums and went back in and it still won't allow me to view them...it says I am not allowed.

Yes, center iron mounting bracket are next on our list. they will not be integrated into this kit. They will be a separate item usable with stock or this kit.

Less compliance. Bump steer adjust ability when you start playing with all the suspension pick up points available.

Good luck this weekend. Maybe I can stop by.

Agreed. The system was tested rigorously. The first version part was installed over a year ago. We have been refining ever since.

Never heard of the 3rd gen 20B issues. I should look into working up a cradle for them.

You may have needed to "validate" your login. I looked at your account. should not have a problem seeing them from what I can see.

Who's to say I already haven't

No really, who am I to worry what engine someone puts in their car. Charlie at Mazcare has a bad *** second gen with a V8. That dude has been a rotor head since I was a little man. He said it rocks, and I trust him. Me, I use v8's in tow vehicles

Awesome Billy, and that is a steal of a price, I expected double that... as for my issue I spoke to you about I think the best route would be a custom pan, simple by comparison
