removed air pump

Stupid question, but when I removed my air pump, would that mess with my AC at all? I am in the middle of putting in a holly FPR and I noticed someone mounted theirs on the bracket near the hood hinge. I want to mount it there but the AC hose is in the way.

haha, I was thinking so.

anyways, next question. I will be needing a allen wrench to adjust the FPG? I also noticed that i will be needing an attachment on the fuel hose to screw it into the FPG. Does anyone have pics of this set up or advice on what to use?

thx for the quick reply doc

i hope you don't still have a thermal reactor. you will melt it without an airpump.

I see you are finally getting that thing together. I hope you will be running a double pulley on your alternator. Some people say its not necessary, but I always sleep a little better knowing I'm "double" covered. Looking good.

Take a look in this thread, you will see a lot of options for mounting the fpr and also the fittings needed for the pressure gauge...
