Looks like it has been removed Jimmy. What do the last 2 solenoids they left on there for? I'm guessing A/C and cruise control?

it does look like you still have the cruise control. Does your AC still work. Mine died so it made it and easy choice to remove that mess also.

You're from Australia.

Now while this may seem to be an obvious comment to make, it brings about one thing:

Australian cars never CAME with rat's nests! It wasn't removed, it just was never installed in the first place.

haha well thats awesome, we even have little jets that clean the pop ups, mine dont work though
i dont have cruise control, i have a/c tho, dunno what the solenoid's for. i have freakin wires everywhere in my car its bloody annoying. under the dash is the biggest tangle, some wires leading to nowhere (just cut) theres a half removed mobile handsfree system, inactive alarm system (i think the modules fucked i tried to reconnect it but it dont work) - central locking incorporated into the alarm (so also dosent work) some switch bolted to the frame on the drivers side (right in aus obviously) and i still havent found out what it does.....
ahhh what fun.......

actually considering the air pump is already dissconnected (by the lad who had it before me - apparently unneeded) and theres no rats nest, i guess i should take the bugger out completely. any tutorials around for that?

Did you read ours? I'm gonna guess that your other solenoid may be for the dizzy vac advance. Where do the hoses from the soleniods you have go to?
