I doubt it, but mine never passed emissions with a rats nest I doubt anyone would realize the rats nest is even missing since all the inspections / emissions people I've ever seen think its a 4 cylinder engine for some reason.
Before I mention this, I would like to make it clear I do NOT condone this What worked for me with my SA when I just could NOT get it to pass smog was just cutting the second thermal reactor off and welding a universal cat in place with a shield over it to prevent inspection. Most everyone thinks the thermal reactor is a cat anyways so nobody will probably say anything. Thing is you need to take it in right away to have it tested cuz that cat will not last long as it wasn't designed to be used that way. I went from like a 200 point or something high like that to a 2.

well i just answered my own question...i can get a classic car plate instead of a regular plate and then i dont have to pass emissions...not gonna do anything till my wallet gets a little fatter though
if thats really the case i think ill go with some headers too

right below erie...hour and a half north of pittsburgh on I-79...its really not much of a town...we have a college and some other lame **** lol...lots of straight back roads for toolin around on though
