TII 4 piston calipers, brake lines that mate into the stock hardline and into the calipers, brake pads, brake pad hardware kit, rotors, TII grease seals, and at a bare minimum the TII inner wheel bearings. It is probally a good idea to get new outter wheel bearings at the same time.
2nd gens are not the easiest cars to change front wheel bearing races on. And changing bearings without races isn't ideal. There is no relief to allow use the common removal tools. You need to either get creative or destructive or both. Mazdatrix recommends using a die grinder, which worked for me.

Yes I should have mentioned that, I grooved out 2 areas in the hubs, and then hammered out the old races.

Note you may want to replace your brake hardlines because the stock hardline tends to rust and weaken (at least it did on my car).

Heres a picture of everything you need:

Where are your hubs? heheh

I don't believe you have to use the banjo fitting. Standard FB SS lines should work. The Mazdatrix lines have a flare like a regular brake line on the end that connects to the caliper, and the caliper has the inverted flare to accept a regular brake line, so the two just mate up like a regular steel hardline. All you would have to do if figure out a mounting location for the center of the flex line. Oh ya, there is no evidence of any banjo bolt ever being on these calipers.

The pics suck, I know. But mabey you can make them out?
