No break pressure and no leaks NEED HELP

I was driving and my brakes went out. I could barely stop the car at all. my foot goes straight to the ground without any resistence. I was wondering if this would be my brake booster or my master cylender. I cant find any leaks and my brake fluid hasnt gone down. I dont want to buy one if its the other. i cant build pressure by pumping i havent tried bleeding them yet but i havent messed with the brakes for over a year and my fluids still fine any suggestions? thanks
