Well I have to fix a small vacuum leak as one usually occurs for me after pulling off the carb and putting it back even with using new hygrade kit gaskets. I think I'm gonna have to make my own thicker gasket for the throttle to main body. Ok this is old news...
Now I think I've finally finally fixed my fuel starvation issue. If you read the OP first post on this thread, I had the exact same symptoms which is why I decided to post my updates here. So these pictures gave me an epiphany yesterday. Thankfully mazdatrix and Atkins still host these pictures even when the part is NLA.
I put the screen that goes in the needle seats backwards. Duh! The solid part must of been blocking the inlet port of the seat, thus restricting fuel flow into the bowls. These screens are nowhere in the carb manual nor service manual, at least from my skim reading. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I was thinking of simply removing them completely but I was curious to see what would happen if I installed them like in the pictures. Well lo and behold I can rev all the way to redline now in all gears. Why hadn't I noticed this for 10 years since the last time I rebuilt my carb? I guess I never pushed it that hard. Well I hope this might help someone else in the future.
This is the correct way to install the screen on the needle seat. I had it backwards for 10 years and just noticed symptoms of fuel starvation last year.
High five Atkins and Mazdatrix for helping me solve my issue.

Same thing happened to me with some of the fasteners I left in the chem dip for too long.
