oil cooler crush seals part number

Well I pulled the tray under the oil cooler and removed
the top cover at the front top of the rad.
I can now see the leak there are two cracks in the
top where the fitting goes in. Now I would like to
take it out and get them welded up. So that
means new crush seals right? But when
I looked at the mazda part catalog that I got
the numbers are so small I can hardly read them.
It looks like the number for the seals is 995621600 is this the correct number? I would like to get them at the
mazda dealer if I can but He does not have any parts
numbers for this old of a car on his computer. When I
talked to him he said if you can get the number then
I can order them. I just wondered If any of you can confirm this number and can you still get these from
mazda? My car is a 85 gsl-se

Thanks

im not sure what the part number is. but the I.D. of the washer is 16mm. if you go to the dealer and thell them thats the size you need. they can probably dig up some. I had a hell of a time finding them in my city though. i ended up going to a local performance shop and buying some off of them.

Hey Guys,

Victoria British has these for $0.60, but they want 13$ shipping for them
Mazdatrix has them, but they want $3.50 EACH!

so you're telling me that if I take that funky number, give it to the guys at the dealership, they *should* be able to order me some?

And the 84's have 4 of these right, instead of the 2 on the 81-83? (I have an 84GS)

Once you get your cooler welded up and are ready to install your hoses, use a healthy coating of high-temp RTV on both sides of the crush rings. Before I did this, my car leaked oil. Since I did it 7 years ago -- not a drop.
