ocean blue vs. tender blue

would the owner(s) of an ocean blue and tender blue 7 be willing to post a pic of their car? i'm wondering what the differences are in the color shades.

Where on the car is the color code listed? Im not sure what blue I have and when it comes time to repait I want the same color.

the color code is located on the VIN plate on the passenger side of the firewall. it will be a either a letter and a number or two letters. here's an example off of my 80 Leather Sport:

also, any pics of a stardust blue? i'm trying to figureout what it is i like the best as well as a reference between the blue shades, as a few are very close in color.

as a note, i found while flipping through some of the rx-7 brochures i have, i noticed that ocean blue was only available in 85...interesting.

As far as I know, its the other way around. the 84-85 are tender blue. ocean blue are the earlier 81-82's.

I never seen an ocean blue (84-85). Its always been tender blue. Thats in the past 20 years and in Socal.

anything's possible. i've never personally seen an ocean blue 7 here in ohio. or ever for that matter. i've only seen them in pictures. i think its a pretty rare color....
