i want to build a 12a motor for NOS what is the best way to do and how much can i spray

Waiting for 680rwhp to chime in but the best way is the completly build the engine from the ground up basicly brand new with some high end performance options like full racing bearings 3gen side/corner seals and springs. Headers/exhaust intake, fuel management. Lots of other things you could do but that also really boils down to how reliable you want it to run and how much you want to spend.
