Has any one changed them.?

You might try throwing in some of that GM syncromesh, stuff is known to work wonders. Some have said it 'cured' their syncr probs. You can get it at any Gm dealer.

I think mine is trashed,it just didnt start happening,Its been doing it little over a year now,but my car has been parked since Nov 02.


Grinds at high RPM shifts...

Any one else?

Drain the tranny and refill it with Amsoil synthetic 75W-90 gear oil. I cured a skritchy 3rd gear synchro in my RX4 by doing that.

I guess I will try the AMSOIL,It does get better when I change the fluid,and I used to do that about every couple months..

I can get AMSOIL,Royal Purple, locally easy.
I wil try it ..

I passed up a deal on a TIi tranny for $200. locally..I didnt want to buy a 400-500. flywheel

redline cured most of my crunching and completely cured cold shift problems. thats the only experience i have.
