they are 16 x 7 with a 38mm offset so they should fit with the correct tire size. I'm not sure exactly how much they weight but I'm guessing around 17lbs they look great and feel pretty light. I tried to get online and find out how much they weight but the website doesn't say much about the rims or what they are made of.

Update:
The haltech is back in the states and should be back to Chris sometime next week. Right now the car is still at a friends house getting painted. The only thing left is getting all the rubbing compound off it, taking off all the masking, cleaning it and putting on lights and what not. I got my S5 alternator so I'm going to get that electrical system upgraded and as soon as I get it home I'm installing the CD player and my new rims. (still need to get some tires)

Update:
Almost done... still have to get the paint/sanding dust off as well as some rubbing compound and then a nice wash and polish and she'll be ready. Still have to get the mirrors painted and on.
