You will like the A.C.T Extreme clutch with the RB lightweight steel flywheel.
I am very happy with it. Although I added the HD Pressure plate as well.
If you get a stainless steel clutch line, it will help control the heavy clutch.

Don't spend any money on no-name clutches. Trust me, I learned the hard way, and it almost totaled my car.

I say 235rwhp at 12 PSI, if tuned correctly.

Glad to have you home. I know my life was different after Iraq ('92)

Well picked it up today and its very very fast! tomorrow is the Mazda dyno meet so I'll take a video of it as well as the dyno results and post them up tomorrow. I need an exhaust, its super loud! I'm also having a pretty rough time trying to get used to that flywheel! LOL! I've killed it aleast 5 times on the start.

After he made the first pull we all said that everyone on here was going to call BS when they saw the dyno chart.

If we could of kept a clutch in it long enough to tune it before we hit the dyno who knows where we would of ended up.

I hate to steal Danny'd thunder but I'm as excited by the results as he is. I see the chart. I'll copy it to my site and put up another link when I get home.

The peak numbers were actually 247.3hp @ ~6000rpm and 232.1lb/ft @ ~5200.

The boost spikes to 10psi when it first comes up then settles to 8 and holds there to redline. I have the data logs and will be going over that tonight to look for any idiosyncracys. When we first put the car together I built an open 3" downpipe and that was it. With boost cut set at 14psi we'd nail the cut instantly. I suggested a high flow cat to keep the boost in check as the wastegate of the S4 turbo had already been generously ported. The cat wasn't my favorite choice but it was simple, cheap, and effective.

The wideband at the dyno was acting really screwy. My logs showed a fairly flat curve which varied between 10.5 - 11.5:1. The timing curve is one I've used in a T4 TII engine. I did remove 3* across the board under boost for a margin of saftey with the NA rotors.

why 8psi? there's enough fuel there for 12psi easy.

Wow. I never thought that much Hp would come from a -SE block. very nice! I hope it last long enough for you to save money for the tII swap you have planned.

Good Numbers, but it seems pretty lean. Why does the AFR spike lean at 5000 rpms? The rest of the range (5000-6500) is known as the "knock zone" and is also too lean. Considering you have higher compression rotors..."Danger Will Robinson"

Unless, theres' something I don't know about, - I'd be wary of that tune, especially with some load on the street.
