My FB will be Titanium Gray Metallic!!!

Even here, in South American Hell, I was able to find a place with AUTOCOLOR system.

Tomorrow Im picking up 100cc of paint, to "test" on the car.

As you guys know sometimes it looks great on the can, but lousy on the car.

I will take my camera, dont worry

Finally my car will go from Solar Gold to the ULTIMATE RX-7 colour.

Mine will be 2002 Titanium Gray Metallic color code 25g. I think its a lil more blueish

The guy at the shop told it has 2 kinds of blue, black, red, violet and green. Mixed with 2 kinds of aluminum

Interesting color indeed

I love the dark gray colors. I hope to have mine repainted to the Tornado Silver Mica color some day, although I loved the Titanium Gray Metallic that was featured on the Rx8's. (What happened to that color anyway?)

Hi again guys.

on Friday we tested the color on the headlight cover. 3 layers of paint and 4 layers of clear coat.

OH - MY - GOD

the colour is incredible

depending on light condition, goes from almost black, to dark gray, blueish gray, light gray

no way to capture that on pics..... but I can tell you that Im really satisfied with it

can´t wait for the finished result.

I still have no engine.......... but I will have a very shiny shell

I will keep you guys updated

Just for kicks I went and looked at the paint code on the left over paint can that the paint shop gave me and it is 29Y. Wonder what the difference is?

every brand of paint has its own color code even for the same colors.

That quite a bit of flakes in there ... is that really stock? I currently have the being color on my car so absolutely no flakes what so ever, but looks like you even have more flakes then my soon to be color:

The sample might have a lot of metal, but remember that the pics you see here were taken with the flash on, and that brings A LOT of metals up on the pic.

On the can shows the mazda code and the autocolor code
