what kind of port is this? Only the outside ports are bridgeported and the inside ports are left alone. Is this a J-port?

Sounds like a half bridge. Are you sure the inside (primary) ports arent street ported? Thats the only way Ive heard of doing it. Its so when the car is running on the primary barrels of the carb (inside ports) you have the power and performance of a streetport, but when the secondaires open (outside ports), you have the power and performance of a bridge port (slightly restricted doe to the smaller primary ports though). Considered to be the best of both worlds . How do you know its only ported on those anyway? Is it torn apart? Can you get pics? Those might help too.

Yeah, I decided that I needed another "role model", and I havent found one yet. I was thinking DF, but I dont have a big house in Miami and a super nice car yet .

ports

Well, the ports on the outside are ported really nice and smooth. I dont have any pics. I noticed before i dropped it in. I think it is just a half bridge then. Hmmm. So does this mean I leave my primaries on my carb jetted at what it was stock and then put way bigger jets in for the secondaries?
