Mazdaracing / Rotaryshack
Wow!!!!!!!!!
I have spent and hour reading through all this yap yap, and I am sadened by the bashing that has gone on. Here is my story, and breesej, I have to agree with you all the way. I as well, wish that Robert actually answered his phone more often, or hired a really cute girl to take care of that for him.
I was first turned on to Madaracing by Andrew about 7 months ago. I called Andrew cause he had a IDA carb I was considering buying. We talked for a while about the 13b conversion he was getting done. He praised the guys at Maxdaracing.
So I called the shop and spoke to Robert. We spent about 20 minutes going over a 12 a turbo conversion. I was all into it, I put down a $100.00 deposit on my Visa, and said I would call back in a week when I got the rest of the $$$$$. I called and called and called for about a week , and no answer.
About a week and a half later, Jeff called. Said, he was getting the floors done and could not get to the phone all week. Something was wrong in his tone, and then he came out with, "I can not sell you the 12a we had been talking about , cause it is not in good enough condition, and if I would not put it in my own car, I wont sell it!!!" He started to talk me into a 13b conversion. I asked to speak to Robert, and he said, he is to busy and can not come to the phone.
Two days later or so , I got a call from Robert. Robert said he had some problems with his partner, and they both moved on there ways. He was following up on some of his business leads, and that was why he was calling. He explained to me what happened, and that he would credit me the $100.00 visa payment I sent to Mazdaracing.com, cause Jeff probly would not.
I bought and engine for my T2 from Robert, am very happy with it. I am about to buy a 12a now as well.
FYI I wrote Jeff two months ago asking for my $100.oo deposit back, only to get no answer......... Spend it well Jeff.......

Why was the other thread closed?. People need to hear whats going on and make a decision for themselves!. As a "unsatisfied customer" myself, I will warn people to not do business with either Mazdaracing or Rotaryshack until things are made right. On another note has anyone noticed that the only people sticking up for these guys lives near Mazdaracing!, maybee they only screw people that are out of state.
Well, after that last thread, lets let things cool off for a while. If somebody wants to get info on this company, they can still go look at the other thread and see what happend, as well as the first post in this thread.
