just hit a curb

as title i got into an accident in my gsl-se
i hit a curb when i was going side way
the driver side rear rim is completely destroyed and the drive side front rim has a very small dent which cause a flat in the front
i have swaped both rims from my part car and drove it for about 15 feet
i felt that there is sth that dragging the car to slow it down but it didn't go one way
here is the the question
if you are in my situtation, what will you check first

I would check sentence structure first, then repost your question in an understandable manner.

ok i did this once in my gsl...sept it was raning and i was ****** around at work(needed about 2 more ft and would have made the turn clean)

check to see if your rear end is off set now...if so you may have
A. bent the z bar
B. bent 1 or more of the Trailing arms
C. all of the above

as for your front end im sure it is out of alignment you also may have bent something up front.

And this from someone that is using the word "Wood", for would?
And also "Chick", For Check?
"Says".
Come on guys?
Maybe your sentence should of gone like this?
I would check for bent or otherwise damaged components as 81gsl12a has stated.

Jack up the rear end and check to see if the tires spin freely or if it is binding. You may have damage to the axle bearing or tweaked the axle some. Take the rim/tire off and see if the rotor is straight and not binding with the brake pad. Check and make sure the caliper is mounted straight. Check for other damaged parts as mentioned above. Can be alot of things. You just need to check everything out. Good luck.

"Ouch"
You guys are Tough this morning!
Get her up in the air and start looking around for the above stated areas. If you can drive the RX get it to a Body Shop that has the Machinery to straighten out the Frame in case you have bent it.
I ran over one of those 4inch center lane dividers and got stuck on it.
It took 2 Tow Trucks to get me off of it without doing any more damage.
I drove around for 200 miles before I had it checked out and sure enough I had Bent part of the Frame. It took one of those machines what ever there called and an alignment to get everything back to specs.
$600.00 later.
Pouring down rain pulling out of a gas station. I said to myself (Who Put That Damn Thing There)!!! And why 4"s Tall!!!
Good Luck

You should've read his next sentence to see he was wording it in a way the original thread creator would possibly understand. Also, RX7doctor, in your location, it should read "closer than you think" instead of "then"

SF@Rx7, check to make sure your axle didn't shift over either. I hit a curb and completely knocked it askew. If you did, look into shelling out at least $900 for R&R. While you're checking, check to see if anything else is bent but shouldn't be.

Gosh, I really feel bad now! Not.
The point is there is sometimes a "Language" Gap. And to make statements that may be interpeted as condescending may be acceptable in the "Lounge." But not in here.
If people want to contribute to the thread, address the issue, not the person.

Thanks for the correction.

"condensating"? RX-7doc, don't you mean "condescending?" You guys are way to much fun!

There does seem to be a rough correlation between people who aren't real good with spelling and sentence structure and people who run over curves, wonder if there might be a cause and effect going on here.

Hope I didn't mispell anything.

Ray

Literacy is the most basic measure of human intelligence. It's effectively what seperates us from orangutans. Do monkeys have tools? Yes. Do they have culture and society? Yep. Written language? HELL no.

When someone monkeys with the written language, it tells people that you're only half-literate. And thus, you tell the world that you are half intelligent.

Well, thanks for the insight.
You ever stop to thing that the person who posted the thread is from another culture?
This is a "Worldwide" Forum.
Even though he is in the USA , and he has not mastered our language yet.
Does that make him half intelligent.
Or does that mean that you went off half cocked?

He could be speaking in Englisho. A new language and you can just understand a little bit of his.

Intelligence and literacy are 2 different things. Both are not always present in the same mind.

You can be as intelligent as Einstein but be bad at grammer and writing at the same time.

RX7 doctor, I've seen plenty of posts from people who are from different cultures. Blwfly and ΝΙΚΟΣ are examples. You don't see me complaining over their English skills, do you? I'll answer that for you: No, I do not. May not be perfect, but I understand them just fine, and I know that they're from another culture so they're trying their best. The original poster clearly showed numerous signs that he was American who spoke perfect English but couldn't type out a decent sentence.

Trust me, I know how to tell which a person is. I've seen, and been through, enough forums and the like to tell. There's certain key aspects you need to look out for in a person's post. And, I never go in half-cocked. Always cocked with the safety on.

And, I'm guessing that you, RX7doctor, are from another culture, am I correct?
