Hooked up my MSD Wasted Spark, another question.
Hooked up my MSD Wasted Spark, another question.
Okay, so i hooked my 6AL box, i hooked it up wasted spark. The power difference is definetly noticable. I'm very pleased, but, it seems to drop off on power slightly above 6KRPM, but under 6 it makes alot more power. Anyone have any ideas why there would be a slight drop? Maybe it's burning more fuel and i need to richen my Air Jets? or maybe i need to get a aftermarket fuel pump?
Thanks,
Crisipin.

I'm not 100% sure how the box sees what cyl you have. If the box is the default 8cyl, and you have say a 8000rpm pill in, it might just start cutting out sooner.
Make sure the box is set to 4cyl and you have an appropriate rev limited pill.

MSD says to wire the coils in series. The guys on here I've seen run them in parallel. Hmm... maybe this is why parts die?
