BC Floorboards welding?

Hi. I'm a Vancouver resident repairing my recently purchased FB. I've come to a bit of a rut though with no knowledge or knowing anyone with experience with welding. If anyone could provide advice or where I can rent a mig welder in BC, that'd be great. I've seen some videos, but I figure posting here would be best as I'm dealing with an FB. Thanks.

I actual task using the mig welder is realy only part of the whole job. Much of the work is in the prep for welding.

A lot of the effort includes the removal of the old metal, deciding where and what are you going to replace it with and how you'll do that.

The motor in the car has little to do with such body work, so I'd suggest you look for so expertice in body work to help you along.

There is lots of that around.

Good luck with the FB, need to keep them around!
