Ha! It was my intention to build a quiet exhaust, and I believe I have. Your doubt is delicious!

We'll find out how well I succeeded in about a week when the build is complete. It's funny; I just had a dream where the exhaust was as quiet as a modern car and I was kind of dissapointed. Glad it was just a dream.

Uh, that's not crush-bent. What don't you like about the merge?

See the ribs in the pipe...its the kind of piping manufactures use on factory exhaust's b/c its cheap. I would have just went to an exhaust shop and got them to bend a mandrel bent pipe...it would flow smoother and look better.

Yes one of the bends isn't great. It's smooth on the inside and the diameter is the same through the bend so its not a problem but it doesnt look great. The rest of the bends are perfect and they are all mandrel bends not crush bends. It was the only place I could find that does mandrel bending so I can't really complain that its not the best quality. Its not easy getting the right stuff here in South Africa sometimes. Still a huge improvement over crush bending.

Have you gotten a chance to install this into a vehicle and test it out?

I'd like to see how well it works compared to the stock set-up.

GGGEEEEzzzzz!......Boet,why don't you just buy a header from viper or tnt exhaust? You could pay more or less R1200-1500 for it,and it will look great and it will perform!Spending all that bucks on your cabby and now you want to put that on.
Car looks great!Dont spoil it?
