Holy Rust Bucket!!!!help!!!!!

Ok here is the problem. On my car, the water canal for the back hatch....it has rusted away. The car is under a tarp right now and I have taken car of the other rust spots. I do not have access to a welder so how can I fix this. The car is a shell right now. Does anybody have any ideas? I thought about fiberglassing on this thin sheet of sheet metal. I figured the metal would be to flimsy and just bend. Unless I use enough fiberglass then it would be hard. I think I can get my friend's dad's uncle to weld something of only I knew what he could weld to fix it. He is covering where the sunroof went due to the holes that were there. Sunroof could really be fixxed. Only if I brought it to a metal shop but it would cost a **** load of money that I dont have. PLEEAASSSEE HEEELPP!!!!

Well see my friend has one across the street but there is no title. I was thinking about changing the vin number plates, but I know it is also skected in the frame itself. What can I do?

JB Weld or Bondo over it and sand it down and paint to match? (where sketched in the frame)

Cut out plate from first car, weld into second car....

Or hand engrave, using first plate as a template...

duct tape it in the mean time. since it isn't a load bearing area, bondo will be good
