Help clutch

OK i went out to mve my car and pressed on the clutchit was ok then nothing it went to the floor and there it stayed. I have really driven the car since the rebuild just started it up and moved it around. I checked the fluid level it was a little low so i put some it hoping it would fix it. NO luck i lookted to see if it was leaking any where and couldnt find any. So what could it be?

the same thing happened to my first rx7

I replaced the master, slave and line to be safe and it still did not fix it
so i got the clutch replaced and it worked fine
it turned out that the clutch disc was welded to the pressure plate that is what the tranny shop told me

it was a hit and miss style of repair but I was only 14

Did you rebuild or replace the slave cylinder since it was already out while doing the tranny ? How about the clutch master cylinder ? Maybe you still have air in it. Try bleeding it again with someone helping.

Bob, I am telling you it starts off slow. Only does it a little bit at a time, then bam its shot. I really do suggest you get the master and slave cylinders replaced asap. And I don't know if it will work from an FC.

And as for nick, I am glad you got everything fixed. Having things go wrong like that sucks.

Since the slave has already failed with the new pp, don't be suprised if the master soon follows. Then replace the master and the flex hose.
