You can get all the wiring diagrams you'll need for a GSL-SE here:
http://foxed.ca/foxed/index.php?page=rx7manual
But depending on if you're swapping EVERYTHING including emissions and such over or you are stripping it down to just the simplified setup, you will likely have to do some searching through the first gen forum on what to do.

ha thanks this is my car by the way my bro there made the post
friend of mine gave me his ae86 for free with a clean tittle so i started working on it
has some rust and missing some parts
plans are
13b bridgeported
vaccums and emissions deleted
racing beat header
full 3 inch exhaust (not cats )
reupholster the interior
repolish the wheels and find some drift rims
coilovers
tucked engine bay
aluminum radiator
and much more
started sanding down the old paint fixing the rust
put some wheels on
wripped out the 4age
then degreased the engine bay
and put in a 13b
finished the mounts
racing beat header exhaust almost done
shitty engine bay pics(iphone quality)
took the fd seats making seat rails for it now so the interior is going to be black and tan and the outside red
maybe daily these since the welds have slicks on the rear
