did you just say "lightened flywheel"???? I got a 215mm aluminum flywheel collecting dust. you just need the rear counterweight.

Crap Crap Crap.. sorry, had a red cherry header problem and totally forgot. Ill get the measurments also... Will take a lil bit.. not to long, just called my buddy and hes bringing over his camera.

The only other thing I can think of for jetting is your accelerator pump screws. Did you make sure that the small opening in them lined up with the small opening on the carb? The jets themselves have notches so they are lined up... But if you don't line up the flat head screw right, your gonna have a carb that is very hesitant.

I wrote down alot of measurments.... lol.. This should be what you need I think, if not I have other measurments... Ignore the the mess, haven't put everything back to where it needs to be
